How We Work

Step 1 - Introductory Call

An initial discussion with a PhD-level scientist at Isogenica confirms scientific feasibility and business compatibility before progressing to confidential technical details.

Step 2 – Technical Project Review

Under NDA, our discovery team conducts an in-depth review of your targets, goals, and downstream applications, whether radiotherapy, ADCs, T-cell engagers, CAR-T, delivery via LNPs or oligonucleotides, or diagnostic use. This ensures our approach is fully aligned with your development strategy.

Step 3 – Workplan and Contract

Following the technical review, we develop a detailed workplan outlining our technical approach, timelines, and pricing. Workplans are flexible and modular to match your project needs, with contracts negotiated efficiently and transparently in parallel.

Step 4 – Project Initiation

Once agreements are in place, we confirm antigen availability, finalise scheduling, and begin your VHH discovery. Regular bi-weekly meetings ensure progress, communication, and scientific alignment from day one.
